Working with higher education recruitment and executive search Unikom Search ApS processes personal data for our clients and candidates. The protection and safeguarding of our client’s and candidate’s personal data is a fundamental part of our business operations. The personal information that we collect

The primary purpose of this Site is to provide you with information regarding the services provided by Unikom Search ApS.

Unikom Search ApS uses your data and CV in connection with a full executive search and your CV may be passed on to one of our clients. If you send your data and CV, we use this information to match you against job openings, advertised or in a discreet search.

During a process with us, you may be asked to file a personality test and a cognitive test. These tests will only be used in connection with a specific process with us in combination with the CV and a personal report produced by us. Unikom Search ApS is obliged not to pass on the “raw” personality and cognitive test to a third party, and to destroy the tests according to the law – “The Act on Processing of Personal Data”.

As part of our quality assurance, you accept that we may contact reference persons approved by you and us. 

We will only use your information in accordance with this Policy, or where we are required or authorized by law to disclose your information to others or have your permission to do so.

Keeping information secure

We protect your personal information, from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no internet-based site can be 100% secure and thus, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond our control.

If you provide us with information about other individuals, for example details of a referee or personal contact, you should ensure that they have agreed to you providing us with their details. We would advise you to keep a record of their agreement and provide them with a copy of-, or link to this Policy to avoid any concern.

We keep records for as long as required to provide the relevant service, and in accordance with legal, tax and accounting requirements. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner and, where required by applicable law we will notify you when such information has been disposed of.
