Your role as Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing delivery projects from initiation to completion at customer site, ensuring that all aspects progress smoothly and efficiently.

As the company continues to grow, you will contribute to implementing new processes and structures that support this development. You will also ensure the effective use of project management tools, drawing on your expertise to optimize workflows and resource allocation.

In addition, you will do planning and resource management, making sure that projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

A natural part of your role will be to stay updated on technical developments and gain insight into the solutions and specifications required for each project. Collaboration across teams and departments will be essential, and you will actively contribute to fostering a strong, cooperative work environment.

You will work in the intersection between engineering and production to make sure that the project run smoothly. You will face day to day challenges and address them to secure timely delivery, and describe new solutions to enable higher quality products or optimize the production price. You will be leading the change requests between the project and engineering as they rely on improvement to take the robotic solutions to the next stage.

Your background and skills

We are looking for a candidate with a background in engineering, marine engineering, and technical experience in fields like robotics, automation, machinery, mechanics, or electrical systems. We imagine you have several years of experience as a project manager, preferably with a certification, and a solid understanding of project management tools.

To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of both technical and financial aspects, enabling you to make well-informed decisions that benefit both the company and the customer.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, the management team, and external partners are crucial. Additionally, a results-driven attitude, a structured work approach, and the ability to take initiative when challenges arise.
